When you look at the history of corporate governance there are so many failures, that it is time to evolve and adopt future business structures that allow everyone to participate. DAOs are built as decentralized autonomous organizations that offer transparency.
I have to agree many people are now seeing the potential in running a DAO to manage different projects that allow people to work together and share financial rewards much more equitable.
